[ The next time Shadow is on the Phantom Moon, he will find a glass charm hanging from the handle of his cabin door. It's some kind of unidentifiable, abstract shape (Emet-Selch would have considered it a failure and thrown it away if not for the glassmaker's insistence that it must mean something). While thoroughly unimpressive on its own, Emet-Selch has added a warm golden light inside it that just so happens to reflect what he perceives of Shadow's soul. ]
